Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
Develop and implement strategies for Talent Acquisition Specialist Interviewing :
Schedule and conduct interviews, utilizing a discerning approach to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our company values.
- Candidate Communication :
Maintain clear and prompt communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a positive and professional experience.
Collaboration with HR Managers :
Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job requirements, ensuring alignment in the recruitment process.
Onboarding :
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing job offers, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Google Suites Proficiency :
Utilize Google Suites for scheduling interviews, organizing candidate information, and streamlining communication across teams.
Continuous Improvement :
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment and onboarding processes, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Google Suites (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative work environment.
