Performs accounts payable accounting function including receiving and matching invoices, account coding, entering in system and or scanning in software, thereby allowing for timely and accurate payment to vendors.
Post batches.
Review and manage open vendor statements.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
Accounts Payable for all Maintenance, Warehouse, Orchard and Restaurant invoices.
Match all back up, obtain approvals, and post.
Weekly check runs.
Responsible for all utilities payments.
Maintain records for all fleet, including DMV records.
Process all State and County fees/dues and maintain permit records.
Maintain spreadsheets for all PG&E invoices.
Reconcile monthly statements.
Cash receipts for RV Park & Inn and Wine Tasting.
Back up to other business cash receipts as needed.
Maintain fuel loads (VPPS batches).
Responsible for updating spreadsheets and journal entries for all inter-company transfers.
Process EFT payments as needed.
Perform month-end close reports.
Participate in year-end processes.
Qualifications:
Accounting, Finance or relevant experience Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures Special Position Requirements:
Excel Accuracy and attention to detail Research skills Analyzing information Deadline-oriented Confidentiality Thoroughness Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills Preferences:
