Experience:
o 36 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.
o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO) Education:
Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and satisfactorily communicate in English - Required Additional requirement for California, Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana & New Jersey:
(3) months experience in the applicable modality (HD, PD or HHD) Required BSN Desired:
5 Years Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent Required Three years Registered Nurse Dialysis nursing experience Required:
3 Years Understands basic renal function and the consequences of renal failure Required Understands the Nurse Practice Act and Responsibilities Required General requirements Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred - Three years of Dialysis RN experience - Required - Five years of Dialysis RN experience - Preferred 2 references (Any reference type) Certifications:
o BLS (Basic Life Support) Skills Checklist:
