What You'll Do (In no particular order):
Enjoy your Job This is a hands on/bags on Position Keep project on budget Make a plan to keep things clean while working Designate a staging area for materials Keep a list of materials for each job Make a schedule for each project Plan out the work for the week Order materials Get tools and workers organized Complete hands on skilled work (Tile, Carpentry, Drywall, Paint, Basic Plumbing, Basic electrical) Talk to the customer and set expectations Communicate with the customer during the project Coordinate with Subcontractors Coordinate inspections Attend Biweekly Company Breakfast Meetings Make changes to the plan if needed Keep track of Expenses Regular Updates and Communication with Owner Learn and Improve Train other employees Key Traits of Our Company:
