Candidate must have experience in building and grounds maintenance.
Experience in construction trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC is highly desired.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a valid California driver license.
Must be able to provide a clean DMV driving record, upon request.
Although this position works Monday-Friday, qualified individuals MUST be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
