To provide excellent customer service to our customers Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
(material responsibilities and essentials duties) To be friendly, and helpful to all customers consistently To greet all customers around you To suggest additional items to the customer To handle difficult/challenging situations with a high level of professionalism To stock and rotate product To keep floors clean to prevent slips and falls To complete housekeeping tasks, as needed (sweeping, mopping) The responsibilities and duties are not limited to those mentioned above.
Qualifications:
Able to follow verbal instructions.
Able to independently evaluate current conditions against standard and perform tasks necessary to bring areas to standard.

) Some exposure to cleaning products, (window cleaners, and other chemicals is required.
) Work Requirements:
Actual physical work required, i.

, loading items onto shelves, sitting, etc - include approximate amount of time per day- N (Never), O (Occasionally up to 3 hrs per day), F(Frequently, 3 - 6 hrs per day), C (Constantly, 6 - 8
hrs per day), based on 8 hour shift.
) Standing/walking - C Lifting up to 10 lbs - F Repetitive pushing/pulling (scrubbing, wiping, mopping, sweeping) - F Climbing, working from ladder or stepstool - O Bending/stooping (emptying trash, retrieving litter, etc) - O Kneeling (floors, cleaning glass, cleaning broken glass, etc) - O Lifting over 10 lbs (emptying trash) - F Reaching (stocking on over head shelves etc) - O Receiving Merchandise - (checking in orders) - O Merchandising/ Stocking items - O (Tasks vary by day, not all tasks are performed every day) Preferences:
